Ed Thomas was born in Abercraf, South Wales, in 1961. As well as writing he also often directs his own work and is Artistic Director of Fiction Factory (formerly Y Cwmni) based in Cardiff.

House of America, Flowers of the Dead Red Sea and East from the Gantry are published by Seren Books.

Song from a Forgotten City was part of the Barclay's New Stages and played in June 1995 at the main house of the Royal Court Theatre to acclaim, returning to the Donmar Warehouse in March 1996 as part of a tour of both the UK and abroad.

Synopsis

Mock and Joe work in the slaughterhouse. Their conversations boil with hilarity and rage as random objects fall from the sky.
